Michael Wakefield is a passionate advocate for his clients, and he is committed to providing high-quality, efficient, and effective legal representation. Michael is detail-oriented and works closely with his clients to find creative solutions to complicated problems.

Michael focuses his law practice on estate planning, including the preparation of documents such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Medical Directives, Transfer on Death Deeds, and Trusts.  He enjoys working with clients to make sure they have a functional, personalized estate plan that will make sure their wishes are followed throughout their lives and after their passing.  Michael also focuses on contract law, from drafting and reviewing contracts to enforcing them through litigation.  Many clients utilize his legal services to collect debts arising out of accounts receivable for their businesses.

Michael graduated from the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor of Arts in Government. Michael graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of the District of Columbia's David A. Clarke School of Law. Michael is admitted to practice law in Virginia, and he is a member of the Virginia State Bar. Michael lives in Hillsboro, VA with his wife, daughter, son, and two dogs.
