Charles S. Wakefield, Jr. began practicing law in Northern Virginia in 1988, and he started his solo practice in Leesburg in 1995. Throughout his 30+ years in Leesburg, Charles has developed a reputation for being organized, meticulous, well-prepared, and tenacious -- all qualities that he utilizes to obtain the best possible outcomes for his clients. Charles and his wife, Maureen (who joined the firm as Office Manager in it's first year), have built Wakefield Law from the ground up. 

Michael Wakefield has been with the firm since 2017. His practice focuses on estate planning, contract litigation, and collection of debts. With clients and peers in the community, he has distinguished himself as a thoughtful planner, fierce client advocate, and a skilled litigator.

Wakefield, Jr., P.C.) is a boutique law firm providing premier legal services with the personalized client attention of a small practice and the experience and quality of a large firm. We specialize in collections, contract litigation, landlord representation, personal injury law, and wills, trusts, and estates.
